As a multi-purpose project, the Garrison Diversion Conservancy District (Garrison Diversion)
aims to provide opportunities for industry, water supply, agriculture, recreation, and development of
our natural resources. Our mission is to provide a reliable, high quality and affordable water supply to
benefit the people of North Dakota.
Garrison Diversion’s Executive Committee monitors the financials, federal matters and overall
operations of Garrison Diversion. The committee consists of ten members, who are able to serve two
two-year terms. Elections are held each year to determine Executive Committee positions. Each
Executive Committee member, minus the officers, then chairs one of the six standing committees.
