Garrison Diversion Conservancy District’s Red River Valley Committee will meet virtually as indicated above. The purpose of the meeting is to review the engineer’s recommendation for bid award on the Biota Water Treatment Plant (BWTP) Contract 1, along with various task orders with recommendations to be presented to the full board.
